Visual artist. Graduated from the Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Advertising Production at UPAEP, Puebla and the Master’s Degree in Plastic Arts at UNARTE, Puebla, Mexico. He is a Fellow of the NATIONAL FUND FOR CULTURE AND ARTS in his program Young Creative 2010-2011, in the area of photography, and Artistic Residence in Argentina 2013. He has studies in photography at the International Center of Photography of N.Y. And the Seminar on Photography of the Center of the Image, in Mexico.
Part-time professor at UDLAP (University of the Americas, Puebla) and UNARTE. César’s work is part of the FEMSA collection, Fundación Televisa, Fundación UDLAP, CEA University of Amsterdam and the collection of the Photo Library of the State of Puebla.
He has several individual and collective exhibitions in Mexico and abroad (U.S.A, Holland, Belgium, Spain).
