She lives and works in Sinaloa.
She holds a degree in Public Policy from the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa. She started in photography working as a photojournalist for 6 years. She also attended the Seminar on Contemporary Photography in the Center of the Image, Diploma of Portrait in the Active School of Photography and workshops with photographers such as: Yvonne Venegas, Javier Ramírez Limón, Walter Astrada, Alejandro Cartagena, Pablo López Luz.
Her work has been published in media such as VICE, newspaper El País, Letters Explicit, ELLE Mexico, Life & Style, Chilango and CNN Español. It is also part of the book Arte Contemporáneo Sinaloense 2005-2011
She has exhibited individually: “Outside the Canvas” as part of the Sinaloa arts festival. Collectively in 10 occasions in Mexico and Colombia. She has been selected in the Biennial of Photography of DIFOCUR (2008) and in the Biennial of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa: Salón de la Plástica Sinaloense (2010).
She had the Fellowship of the State Fund for Artistic Creation FOECA 2010-2011 in the category of Young Creators and the Scholarship of the Stimulus Program for the Creation and Artistic Development of the State of Sinaloa (PECDAS) 2012-2013.
