She lives and works in Mexico City.

She completed postgraduate studies at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and studied courses at various institutions such as: San Francisco Art Institute, School of Visual Arts, International Center for Photography, AAVI, among others. She has been a Fellow of the State Fund for Culture and Arts in creators mode with a career of 2011-2012 as well as a Fellow of the Young Creators of the Fonca 2010-2011 program. His awards include: Acquisition Prize at the Biennial of Visual Arts of the Northwest 2011 and Honorable Mention of the Biennial of Visual Arts of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. In 2013, she participated in ¨Fotofest Discoveries: 15 international artists¨ and ¨Crónicas, seven contemporary mexican artists confront the drug war¨ during the framework of Fotofest in Houston, Texas. At the moment, she is part of the educative program of Soma.

Her work is part of the book and exhibition “Unveil and detonate. Photography in Mexico ca. 2015 “, curator of Hydra, project of the Center of the Image, Fundación Televisa, editorial RM, CENART. The book was published by the RM publisher in June 2015. The exhibition was inaugurated in Centro Centro Cibeles, Madrid, Spain, at the PHotoEspaña 2015 festival, showing from June 2 to August 31. She later appeared at the National Center for the Arts, Conaculta, Mexico City, from October 24, 2015 to January 22, 2016. Her work is part of Fundación Televisa’s collection.
