DETONISHING COLLECTING is a program of Hydra to promote interest in collecting, to boost the art market and to directly support the authors. We are interested in promoting an equitable relationship between the price of the work and the artist's profit.
At the same time, these initiatives seek to develop a critical interest in collecting by providing relevant information for anyone interested in starting or growing a collection.
The auctions are part of DETONANDO EL COLECCIONISMO and present an excellent opportunity for collectors to acquire modern, contemporary or 19th century process photography at affordable prices.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
REGISTRY
The auction is open to the general public. If you wish to purchase photographs in the auction or consult the catalogue you must create an account which will be approved via your email address.
BUY PHOTOS
By registering, you will receive a user name and password with which you can place a bid for the lots you are interested in.
GUARANTEE
To purchase photographs, you must register and pay $3,000 MXN as a guarantee, either by cheque, cash, deposit or transfer. If you buy, the guarantee will cover part of the cost of the lot; otherwise, we will return the amount of the guarantee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COMMISSION
An additional 20% plus 16% VAT will be added to the lot you purchased.
BILLING
If you require an invoice, you will have to provide your fiscal details and it will be drawn up with the amount of the commission plus VAT.
DELIVERY
Your photograph is delivered to HYDRA by appointment or we can quote for delivery if required.
