(UK) Colin Pantall is a writer, lecturer and photographer based in Bath, Europe. His photographic work focuses on his immediate domestic environment. He writes for a range of publications including World Press Photo, The British Journal of Photography, Photomonitor and Source Magazine. He teaches on undergraduate and postgraduate photography courses and runs an online lecture series through the RPS that links contemporary photography with global, historical and theoretical perspectives.His photography focuses on domestic and family environments, and includes his projects The Mental Load of Motherhood, Sofa Portraits, All Quiet on the Home Front, and My German Family Album, 4 projects that look at his own family from personal, environmental and historical perspectives.
