The cinematographic value of the reportage, the different narrative forms, the diptych and the affected edition will be reviewed. The bases of a personal project will be discussed and we will work in a practical way generating images for the construction of a narrative.
The workshop participants will present their images, which will be reviewed and edited in class. The work produced by the students in common will be edited and published in a medium, proposing different possibilities and proposals for editing such as: audiovisual, book, poster. Depending on the means available, a copy of all the projects can be produced in draft book format.
CRISTINA DE MIDDELSPAIN
Cristina de Middel is a photographer whose work investigates the ambiguous relationship between photography and truth. Uniting her practice in documentary and conceptual photography, her work questions the viewer about the language and veracity of photography as a document and plays with reconstructions and archetypes that blur the boundary between reality and fiction.
